Meet Michael
Pain Relief & Performance Sports Massage Therapy
15 years ago, Michael was a dedicated massage therapist in Benalla. After moving to Bendigo to pursue a different career, massage therapy took a backseat. But in early 2024, after a lifestyle shift and helping family members recover from injuries, his passion for therapy was reignited.
To expand his expertise, Michael completed advanced training in stretching, cupping, dry needling, and Rock Blades therapy, with reputable training adding to his already extensive skill set.
With years of experience in football, basketball, tennis, athletics, netball, and off-road racing, Michael has first hand experience with injuries and the toll sports can take on the body. Growing up on a farm and spending long hours in vehicles also gave him a deep understanding of postural strain and movement issues.
Now, with years of experience and new techniques, Michael is on a mission to help people move pain-free and perform at their best whether you're an athlete, a tradie, or just dealing with everyday aches and pains.
